Hola! My name is Dr. Ana-Maria Jaramillo and I am a passionate pediatric bilingual speech-language pathologist based in Washington, DC. I specialize in working with multilingual patients in the early intervention setting, ages birth to six years old with a variety of neuro-developmental disorders. I am the owner/founder of Voz Speech Therapy, the only fully bilingual private speech therapy practice in the nation’s capital. I also serve as an adjunct professor at The George Washington University (GWU) and currently teach a course on multiculturalism in human communication for the Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences department at the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences.

When I am not treating patients, I am actively speaking on ways to diversify and combat racism in the field of speech-language pathology through my organization, DiverCity SLP. Increasing the quality of life of my patients and students, by educating and empowering them, continues to be the driving force behind my work as a speech-language pathologist. Take a moment to look through my portfolio and please reach out if you would like to connect further by heading to the Contact page. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

They may forget your name, but they will never forget how you made them feel.
